Redund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy on eligible items. To start a return, please contact us at sales@firstglassdesigns.co.uk If your return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can make it right.

Sizing & Measurements
All product dimensions are clearly listed on each product page. It is the customer's responsibility to review the measurements carefully before placing an order. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds where the item does not meet size expectations, as this information is made available prior to purchase.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items
Please note that we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Personalised or custom-uploaded items — because these are made specifically for you, they cannot be resold and are therefore non-refundable.
  • Items where the size or dimensions were not checked prior to ordering
  • Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
