  • Your artwork is used solely to fulfil the specific order it was submitted for.
  • We do not store, display, sell, or share your artwork with any third party.
  • We do not hold a licence for any public sector crests, force badges, or organisational logos.
  • Artwork files are deleted from our systems once your order has been completed.

Liability

First Glass Designs operates as a custom print-on-demand fulfilment service. We accept no legal liability for any intellectual property infringement arising from artwork supplied by the customer. All responsibility rests with the person placing the order.

Good Faith

We act in good faith when fulfilling orders. If we reasonably believe that submitted artwork infringes a third-party's rights, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel the order and issue a full refund.
